This traditional kitchen is designed by the talented Jonathan Salmon. This Cowan Heights kitchen has a unique spin to accommodate the clients wants and need. A double bowl sink is accompanied by a small bay window to open the space and let the natural light in. The client’s favorite feature is a custom island with turned carved legs.

With the stove located in the island, this makes it easy for a host to socialize with guests while still being free to prep their meal. The style of the island also gives plenty of space for buffet style serving. The bookshelf located on the side of the island provides a small storage area for easy access to your favorite cook books. The Sub Zero built in refrigerator looks beautiful next to the durango travertine tile floor.

The designer also added in a built in knife block for easy and organized storage. Indirect lighting graces the coved ceiling and heightens the room. There are arched mullion glass doors to give the kitchen an elegant finish.
